* Focus on need based selling & activity management

* Enable superlative performance through alignment of team with organizations objective

* Ensure clarity and enhance understanding of new sales process and management systems

* Interact regularly with the customers to ensure committed & partnership based relationship

* Adherence to all financial & administrative systems

* Drive R&R and exceed benchmark

* Understand Associates business in depth and seek opportunity for business development & revenue generation

* Regular team review and field visits, forging strong relationships.

* Planning & Implementing all the lead generation, sales and customer care related activities for the business
