Eligibility Criteria for HTET Exam

 

For Teacher of classes  I-V – Candidate who can apply for primary are:

1. Passed the Senior Secondary Exam with at least 45% marks.

 

2. 2 years Diploma in elementary education.

For Teacher of classes VI-VIII – Candidate who can apply for upper primary (VI to VIII classes) are:

1. Passed the Senior Secondary Exam with at least 50% marks.

 

2. Candidate who are appearing in B.Ed.

 

3. Qualified in B.Sec  with at least 50% marks.

 

4. Candidates with 4 year  B.A./B.Sc/B.Ed. or B.A. (Ed.)/B.Sc. (Ed.)

5. Candidates who are  appearing in final 4th year in Bachelor degree in elementary education (B.Ed/BE).

 

6. Candidates with B.Ed. (Special Education) with at least 50% in B.A. or B.Sc.

 

7. Candidates having B.A./B.Sc. and those who are appearing in final 2 year D.Ed.

 

8. Qualified in BA with at least 50% marks.

For Lecturer of classes  XI-XII – Those candidates who want to be apply to for lecturer post in different subjects they must have…..

1. Passed in Post Graduate Degree in the concerned subject with at least  50%marks from recognized    University.

2. Matric with Sanskrit/Hindi or Senior Secondary /Graduate/Post Graduate with Hindi as one of the subject.

Relaxation will be provided in % of marks on the basis of reserved categories.
